2. Eligibility for Refund
2.1. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all our web hosting and reseller hosting plans. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 7 days of your subscription, you are eligible for a full refund.(But if any Work Started from our side like- Migration and Setup then you are not eligible For full refund)
2.2. Refunds After 7 Days
Cancellations made after 7 days- you are not eligible for any Hosting Refund.
No refund for hosting theme / template buy from Host Reverse.
3. Non-Refundable Items
3.1. Domain Registration Fees
Domain registration fees are non-refundable. If you choose to register a domain through hostreverse.com , this fee is not eligible for a refund, even if you cancel your hosting service.
3.2. Setup Fees
Setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. These fees are charged for the initial configuration and setup of your hosting services.
3.3. Add-Ons and Additional Services
Any add-ons or additional services purchased beyond the standard hosting plan are non-refundable.
3.4. Read it Carefully
Refunds are limited to one per customer (i.e. multiple services don’t qualify or multiple signups)
Refunds are not granted to accounts closed for TOS violations.
Existing product upgrade or downgrade will not be refunded, user will be responsible for the action.
If already have product and order new product then no refund policy work. only 10 days credit back guarantee.
4. How to Request a Refund
4.1. Contact Us
To request a refund, please contact our support team via Through WhatsApp (+916304232148) within the first 7 days of your subscription. Provide your account details and valid reason for the refund request.
4.2. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is received and approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Termination and Cancellation
5.1. Cancellation by Customer side
You may cancel your hosting service at any time. If you cancel within the first 7 days, you will be eligible for a refund according to our money-back guarantee. Cancellations made after 7 days are eligible for a 50% refund of the total plan amount. Please note that the 50% refund applies only to users who purchase a 1-year plan.
5.2. Termination by Host Reverse
hostreverse.com reserves the right to terminate services at our discretion. In the event of termination by us, we will provide a pro-rated refund for any unused portion of your hosting service, if applicable.
6. Changes to This Refund Policy
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
